The Process:
We work with several local real estate agents and have developed a quick and simple process for servicing your managed properties:
- Shoot us an email with an order and the tenant contact details.
- We’ll then get in touch with the tenant to organise a suitable time for the work or repairs. We prefer to do the work while the tenant is on-site but if that is not possible then we will organise to come get a spare key from you.
- We do the work and tidy up after ourselves.
